Dr. Michael Fulton, founder of Green Acres, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon known worldwide for his expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation through strength training. He received his medical degree from the University of Iowa in 1973 and his orthopaedic residency was completed at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 1978. Since then, he has gained national attention for his work in the area of sports medicine and medical fitness training. He is also heavily involved in the development of technically advanced equipment for use in the testing and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries.

Dr. Fulton researches at the University of Florida and has served as the team physician for the United States Water Ski Team. He has lectured in Europe, Asia and South America about exercise and rehabilitation.

Dr. Brent Fulton, a graduate of Wake Forest Medical School who completed his residency and fellowship at the Mayo Clinic. He is Board Certified in Family Practice and Sports Medicine and highly trained in acupuncture, osteopathic techniques and manual medicine. He will assist in the control of hypertension, obesity, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, and fibromyalgia through exercise. He has worked with recreational, high school, college and professional athletes. He will help his patients improve general health through diet and exercise.
