Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
We are able to do this by charging out patients a monthly membership fee. This investment will return significant benefits to you, your family, and your business. The monthly membership fees range between $25 and $150 per patient.
What is included?
Appointments with the physician will be made available through same or next day office visits, extended office hours, phone and e-visits, and after-hours phone access directly to the physician. Some consultations may be completed using telemedicine without actually coming to the office. Your yearly physical will include diet and fitness reviews. Membership will include unlimited access to an onsite fitness facility. An exercise and rehabilitation expert will be available for personalized sessions. A monthly massage therapy session will also be included with your membership.
Many medicines and supplies will be stocked at Good Living and provided to the patient at wholesale costs. We will also contract with local laboratory and radiology facilities to provide less expensive testing when deemed necessary by the physician.
As a patient of Good Living, will I still need health insurance?
We strongly urge our patients continue to carry both a major medical plan and a health savings account to ensure financial help should hospitalization or referral to a specialist be necessary. Buying an insurance plan does not mean patients end up paying double on top of their membership fees. Between the hefty copays that patients would otherwise have to cough up at a doctor’s office under a high-deductible insurance plan — or the lower copays but higher premiums costs they would be charged for more comprehensive coverage — patients stand to save money or break even under the low-cost retainer model.
We are happy to refer you to insurance representatives who can help customize an insurance plan to your specific needs.
What happens if I need to go to the hospital or see a specialist?
In providing superb care with unprecendented sorts of access, we see to prevent or reduce hospitalizations and specialty referrals. In instances where those types of care are required, we will certainly continue to treat you during your hospital stay or work closely with any specialist. In some cases, depending on the level of care and the sorts of experts required, we may rely on those specialized caregivers to manage your treatment.
How will I know if the doctors of Good Living Clinic are right for me?
Schedule a free, unconditional visit to discuss your health care needs. It's the only reasonable way to begin what, we trust, will be a long, productive, healthy relationship.
