Military style physical training
This is not a makeshift group exercise program in a children’s playground or parking lot. This is military style training with a specifically designed course on 35 acres of woodland and swamp. All of the instructors have military backgrounds with experience in military schools and military bootcamps. We have used our combined experiences from the United States Navy, Army, and Marine corps to bring a comprehensive military inspired exercise program. The military uses this kind of training to condition and prepare soldiers for the rigors of military service and combat.
Tactical Fitness at Green Acres is the place where:

Extreme Fitness: For the challenge, bragging rights, the t-shirt, or because you like the pain.
Primary Training: For adventure, mud, or obstacle course races.
Cross Training: For endurance, individual, or team athletes and action sports.
Preparation: For military, law enforcement, fire, or beach patrol.
Specialized Programs Available: For motivational corporate retreats, team building, initiating employee wellness.
We are offering your FIRST class as a Free Trial. Stop in and give it a try. We are also offering free classes for Active Duty Military, Veterans, Firefighters, Law Enforcement, Teachers, and Students.
We are at the Green Acres field on Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00-7:00pm.
